For my project, I used the bright and cheerful Citrus Quad. I heat embossed a bunch of balloon die cuts in each of the colours in the quad, and added them to my card with a mix of liquid glue and foam tape for a 3D effect. I stamped my sentiment, and added the balloon strings with a fine-liner – all my supplies are listed below.
