RAM Stamps Easter bunny

Hey friends, I have a YouTube video to share today!! How are you getting on with your Easter crafting? Today, I’m sharing the card I made using the Bunny’s Bike digi stamp from RAM Stamps. Perfect for last-minute cards and/or if you’d like to print off some cute images for the kids to colour over Easter!

For all the supplies used in my card, see the list at the end of this blog! Some of the links used may be affiliate links – if you purchase via one of my links it will be at no additional cost to you, but I may receive a small commission, so I appreciate your support!!

I printed my image on to Transotype Perfect Colouring Paper, because it’s my favourite for Copic coloring – it takes the colour so well and there’s virtually no wicking/bleeding. I coloured it with Copic markers:

Bunny – E35, E33, E51 (see video for how I used the tip-to-tip technique to help get a good blend), ears: RV10

Bike – BG18, BG15, BG32

Chicks – Y26, Y23, YR000

Eggs: BG15, BG32, BG10

Basket: E17, E13, E11

Leaves: G24, G21

Flower: R02, R01

Wheels: E43, E42, E41

And of course, I finished with white gel pen accents!

During the colouring, I had a MAJOR Copic error – the pen bled onto my page. To see how I fixed it, make sure to check out the video!

Once I finished the colouring, I fussy cut my image with precision scissors, then created my sentiment. I die cut the “Easter Wishes” sentiment twice from white card stock, and trimmed away the “wishes” part before stacking them together with liquid glue. I then heat embossed the word “happy” from an old Mama Elephant easter stamp set, on to some Peacock Cardstock from Concord & 9th, and trimmed it down.

I then die cut an A2 rectangle from RAM Stamps’ Easter fun digital paper pack, and ink blended around the edges to add extra texture/interest. I used blender brushes, and distress oxides in Peacock Feathers, Salvaged Patina and Speckled Egg.

To finish my card, I adhered my sentiment with liquid glue for the “easter” and foam squares for the “happy”, and added my bunny with foam squares also. I then added my card panel to the base with tape runner.

Thanks again for joining me, and I hope to see you soon!
