Hey friends, another birthday card from me today! My daughter is going to a birthday party every weekend at the moment, so I’ve had lots of cards to make for her friends!

This card was actually pretty simple to make – I bought a pack of coordinating washi tapes in mermaidy colours / patterns, so I covered an A2 panel of card with them in horizontal stripes.

I then used my favourite bold sentiment die “big birthday wishes” from MFT from another white A2 panel, and stuck this down over the washi tape, so it was visible through the sentiment.

I then simply added a mermaid and some bunting from the Bubbly Birthday stamp set (also MFT), which I’d coloured with Copics.

Perfect for a 6 year old girl, right? Hope to see you all again soon!
