Waffle Flower Postage Collage Christmas card

Hey friends, how are you? I’m sharing another Christmas card today, this time made with a few co-ordinating products from Waffle Flower. I really love anything postage-stamp themed, so as soon as I saw this range, I couldn’t wait to play with it!

I started out by die cutting a panel of white card using the postage collage die. I love all the detail in this die, including the little perforated lines between the stamps.

I then lined up the postage collage Christmas layering stencils over the top and ink blended the little stamp images. I used Concord and 9th mini ink cubes in soft colours, as I was aiming for a pastel card. I used mini ink blending brushes so I didn’t need to mask anything off, as long as I was careful!

For the final stencil, I used a gold pen to add all the little details.

I then took some of the stamps from the postage stamp set, laid them out over my sheet of stamps, and stamped them down with Versamark Onyx black ink.

To finish my card, I trimmed down a pre-printed sentiment and added it to the centre, before placing the entire panel on to a white A2 card base using foam tape.

I think this turned out really pretty, and I can’t wait to use this range to create some more cards! Thanks for joining me again, and catch you next time!
