Hey guys! How are you doing? I start a new job tomorrow, so I’ve been making the most of my last few days of freedom and making lots of cards!
I quickly whipped up a little card for this week’s MFT Sketch Challenge today. Here’s the sketch:

Looking at it from a landscape orientation, it reminded me of mountains in the distance, so that’s what I went with! I used MFT’s Torn Paper Edges dies to cut along the edge of some Concord and 9th cardstock (Pebble and Dove), and layered them on to a pale blue sky (Powder). I die cut a small white circle to tuck behind the mountains, to look like a moon poking out.
I then framed the scene using the Stitched Rectangle Frames dies.

I stamped, die cut and coloured two of the dinosaurs from the A-Roarable friends set (Copic colours listed below!). This is an older stamp set, but there is a very cute new dinosaur stamp set here!
Dino 1: BV29, BV25, BV23. W3, W1
Dino 2: BV08, BV04, BV02. BV29, BV25, BV23.

I heat embossed the sentiment in white (using Wow’s Super fine powder, which I love for sentiments), then added one of the dinosaurs with foam tape.
On the inside, I added the other Dino with tape runner and the “rawr” sentiment.

I hope you like this card…. thanks for tuning in again, and I hope to catch you next time!
