Hey, how are you? With Easter just a week away, I’m sharing this pastel coloured Easter card using some of the new release goodies from Time for Tea Designs.

I made my background with the Eggstra Special layered stencils – applying a light layer of colour (spun sugar, shaded lilac and salvaged patina distress oxides) with the first stencil, and a heavier application over the top with the detailed stencil.

I die cut four frames using the A2 Nesting Dies frames. I glued three together for dimension, then added a piece of vellum over the top, and the fourth frame on top of that.

I die cut the Easter Wishes sentiment and ink blended some shaded lilac from the bottom, fading out to the top, then coated the sentiment with a layer of Glossy Accents to make it look like a giant Puffy sticker! I added it to the top of the frame with liquid glue.

Next, I stamped, coloured, and die cut some of the images from the Eggstra Special Birthday stamp set in colours to coordinate with my background.

Finally, I finished up by adding some T4T enamel dots. I love pastel colours for spring, do you?
